Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high order volume, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Destinations

Mind Bloom currently ships to customers worldwide.

Please note that certain countries or regions may have shipping restrictions due to local regulations, carrier limitations, or customs requirements.

Estimated Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days

International Shipping

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–21 business days

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and tracking link.

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active after shipment.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and other applicable fees may be charged by your local customs authority.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Mind Bloom is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the package.
